I developed a love for the Blue Ridge Mountains and the genre of landscapes when spending time in Montreat and Boone NC for a number of years. I received a Bachelors Degree in Art at Appalachian State University and I create most of my work in watercolor, acrylics and oils. Most of my work is created in my studio and I am a Plein Air Painter as well.
