My Story

I developed a love for the Blue Ridge Mountains and thegenre of landscapes when spending time in Montreat and Boone, NC for a number of years. I received a Bachelors Degree in Art at Appalachian State Universityand I create most of my work in watercolor, acrylics and oils. I enjoy Plein Air Painting which is painting outdoors. I achieved Signature Status in 2019 with the WaterColor Society of North Carolina and I am an Associate Member of the American Watercolor Society, The Southern Watercolor Society and the National Watercolor Society. I am on the Board of Directors of the Indian Trail Art League. I take great pride in my commitment to creativity, quality and craftsmanship. Every piece is crafted, ensuring that each work of art is a true reflection of my passion for art.
